At the February State Health Benefits Program Plan Design Committee (PDC) Meeting, the committee outlined a Special Open Enrollment period that will go into effect on July 1, 2024, due to the addition of Aetna as a new insurer. There are upcoming webinars to outline the new offerings separated by officers/administrators and members.
