Down the Rabbit Hole: Exploring Ethics for Government Employees and Elected Officials

The first part of the program will update recent cases and laws germane to government employees and elected officials, including Federal, State and local cases studies and trends within the courts. It will also review the Local Government Ethics Laws and the Criminal Code, with examples of how officials often “get lost” within their own decision making process.
