On Wednesday, the State Health Benefits Commission Plan Design Committee held its regularly scheduled meeting.
Representatives from Optum Rx, Horizon, and Aon presented rate and claims information, however, presentations are not readily available for the public at this time.
Union representatives took a strong position concerning the SHBP “death spiral” report that was recently released and indicated that the State offered little recourse in terms of alternatives for local governments.
The next scheduled meeting is June 25, and the League will provide updates as necessary.
