2. Opt-Out of App Attendee Networking Module

   Registered Annual NJLM Conference attendees who wish to opt-out of the Attendee Networking feature in the Conference app may remove their name and information from the app attendee list by completing and submitting this opt-out form. Note that the attendee networking module is only visible to registered Conference attendees logged into the Conference app.

   Providing the information below will help League staff to locate your account and complete your request to opt-out.
