Bill Moving Housing Element to MLUL Passes Committee 

On Thursday, the Senate Community and Urban Affairs Committee favorably reported S-4451, which requires that the Housing Element be a mandatory component of master plans and makes additional costly and burdensome changes.

House Passes H.R. 2931, the Save SBA from Sanctuary Cities Act 

The National Leage of Cities (NLC), the League’s federal partner, is opposed to H.R. 2931, the Save SBA from Sanctuary Cities Act, because it could limit federal resources to municipalities.
