DOL Extends Safety & Health Standards for Public Employees Rules  

The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development (DOL) readopted the Safety & Health Standards for Public Employees. The rules are in effect through March 24, 2032.

NLC ARPA Compliance Open Office Hours 

The League’s federal partner, the National League of Cities, is offering open office hours tomorrow, April 24 at 3:30 p.m. for municipalities that are having trouble filing the ARPA SLFRF report by the April 30 deadline.
