SHBP Plan Design Committee Holds October Meeting

Legislation to Stem SHBP Cash Flow Issue Advances

Committee Considering Bill Subjecting PILOTs to Prevailing Wage
On Thursday, the Assembly Labor Committee amended and advanced A-3944, which expands projects subject to the Prevailing Wage Act to include projects with PILOT agreements. The bill has been referenced to the Assembly Higher Education Committee. Please reach out to the Assembly Higher Education Committee & your Assembly Representatives urging them to vote NO.

Fourth Round Affordable Housing Obligation Calculations Released
