Committee Considering Bill Subjecting PILOTs to Prevailing Wage  

On Thursday, the Assembly Labor Committee will be considering A-3944, which expands projects subject to the Prevailing Wage Act to include projects with PILOT agreements. Please reach out to the Assembly Labor Committee & your Assembly Representatives urging them to vote NO.
