This webinar will explore the changes to OPRA as a result of the signing of P.L. 2024, c. 16 and effective on September 3, 2024. Attendees will receive information on those changes, which include new exemptions, changes in custodial procedures and requirements, and as well as significant changes to the GRC and its complaint process.
