Calling for the Restoration of Energy Tax Receipts
The New Jersey League of Municipalities and the New Jersey Conference of Mayors sent a joint letter to the State Legislature to fully fund the Energy Tax Receipts Property Tax Relief Act in the SFY25 budget.

DOH Not Adopting Amendments to Youth Summer Camp Rules
The Department of Health (DOH) will not adopt certain proposed amendments to its youth summer camp safety rules that would have seen municipal summer camps subject to unnecessary and burdensome additional regulations.
