Governor Signs Affordable Housing Bill Package
This week, Governor Murphy signed a package of affordable housing bills including A-4/S-50, which eliminates COAH and codifies the methodology used to determine municipal fair share obligations.

EMT Reimbursement Bill Passes Senate
On Monday, March 18, S-2435, which revises the eligibility criteria for reimbursements from the Emergency Medical Technician Training Fund, passed the Senate.
