Governor Proposes Corporate Transit Fee

Supreme Court Issues Order Allowing Plea Bargaining in DUI Cases
The NJ Supreme Court has issued an Order withdrawing Guideline 4. This action clears the way and allows plea bargaining in certain DUI cases to move forward, as permitted under a recently adopted law.

DEP Publishes Draft Statewide Water Supply Plan
Earlier this week the NJ Department of Environmental Protection released the Draft 2024 New Jersey Statewide Water Supply Plan for public comment. The Plan assesses the State’s water supply and identifies any risks and solutions to possible shortages.
