Affordable Housing Overhaul Bill Scheduled for Committee Hearing
The Senate Community and Urban Affairs Committee is scheduled to review a bill that would overhaul the state’s Fair Housing Act and affordable housing policy. This is a continuation of the efforts made at the end of the last legislative session.

Process to Adopt New State Plan to Begin Soon
The State Planning Commission has begun the process to update the New Jersey State Development and Redevelopment Plan. A Preliminary State Development and Redevelopment Plan is being drafted and the next steps of county-wide meetings will begin soon.
