On Friday, April 25 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) will host the NJ Housing Opportunities for Municipal Equity and Success (NJ HOMES) Kick Off Event geared towards mayors, business administrators, and municipal economic development officials. NJ HOMES will provide municipalities with tools and resources to develop affordable housing that algins with community needs.
The event will discuss implementation of New Jersey’s affordable housing legislation and discuss resources, tools, and support available to municipalities. The event will include expert highlights, showcase projects, and a preview of the new DCA tools and resources.
NJ HOMES Kick Off Event will be held at the DCF Professional Training Center, 30 Van Dyke Avenue, New Brunswick.
