On Wednesday, January 24, the Division of Local Government Services (DLGS) issued Local Finance Notice 2024-02 providing guidance on the CY 2024 Municipal Levy Cap Referendum procedures for municipalities considering holding a public referendum on exceeding the 2% Levy Cap or the 2.5% Appropriation Cap.
