The Rutgers University Center for Real Estate is hosting a symposium titled “Your Mixed-Use Redevelopment Project is in Distress. Now What?” that will focus on addressing challenges faced by mixed-use development projects.
The event will feature a panel of industry experts who will assess a case study, share their experiences and strategies for navigating distressed redevelopment projects, and a second panel will propose solutions.
The in-person gathering will be held at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick on February 7, starting at 8 a.m. and wrap up at noon. There is a fee for this event, with early bird pricing of $100 available through January 19. After that, tickets are $125.
