New Jersey Funding One Stop Shop, a new online tool designed to help municipalities, has been launched to identify funding opportunities for climate mitigation and clean energy projects. The program is developed by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection( DEP ) in partnership with Atlas Public Policy and funded by the U.S. EPA.
This interactive platform matches users with federal, state, local, and utility funding based on project questions such as location, category (energy efficiency, transportation, resilience), and utility providers. The tool also flags programs that are currently closed but may reopen, helping local governments plan ahead.
DEP is hosting a free public webinar on Monday, October 20, 2025, from 11 a.m. to noon. Municipal officials are encouraged to sign up and attend. For more information and to access the tool, visit the DEP Funding One Stop Shop.
