The New Jersey Department of Labor (NJDOL) has announced the CARE Grant Program, offering awards of $50,000 to $200,000 to support community-centered and culturally relevant programming. Eligible applicants include municipal governments, public and private nonprofit organizations, faith-based organizations, and state governments with 501(c)(3) status. NJDOL invites applicants such as low-wage workers, immigrants, workers of color, women, domestic and sexual violence survivors, young workers, small- and immigrant-owned businesses, and employers needing support. Those interested must submit an Application Interest Form by April 1, and a complete application is due by April 3.
