The New Jersey Department of Human Services has announced a new round of grant funding for the Inclusive Healthy Communities (IHC) program. This program offers grants to local communities and non-profits to improve the health and well-being of people with disabilities. It addresses structural and social factors affecting health and promotes policy, systems, and environmental changes.
Past Grant recipients have included county governments, family service bureaus, food pantries, outreach, disability equity, and accessibility.
Visit the Inclusive Healthy Communities website to learn more and obtain application information and eligibility details. Letters of Interest are due no later than February 14, 2025, through the application portal, and the application deadline for a completed proposal is March 7.
