At the December Local Finance Board meeting, the Board approved an Extension of Budget Calendar Year 2025 and Exceptions for Extraordinary Circumstances for the 2025 Budget Year.
The extension dates were not stated during the Local Finance Board meeting. It was noted that a Local Finance Notice would be forthcoming.
The approved exceptions for extraordinary circumstances in 2025 apply only to trash pickup and disposal for municipalities that have not availed themselves of the exception over the past two years. A Local Finance Notice is also forthcoming on this topic.
