On May 12 at 10:00 a.m. the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) will be hosting a free virtual briefing on the newly adopted Environmental Justice Rule. The briefing will cover the rule’s applicability and the EJMAP tool. Sean Moriarty, NJDEP Deputy Commissioner, and Christine Schell, NJDEP Program Manager, Office of Environmental and Public Health Analysis will follow their presentation with a Q&A session.
