This webinar with discuss the implications of legalized cannabis for adult recreational use and medical use in the workplace. Attention will be paid to the newly adopted constitutional amendment and resultant legislation governing adult recreational use of cannabis, employee’s rights, and employer obligations, including implications for CDL and/or law enforcement. In addition, this seminar will explore the intersection of cannabis use for medical purposes, employee rights and employer obligations under CUMA, the NJLAD and the ADA.
