Tasks in the Speaker Portal (optional)
- Include your biography
- Upload a profile photo
- Update profile information: this includes your mailing address, contact information, social media profiles and accreditations.
You are not required to enter these items, and if you do not they will remain blank when viewed by attendees in the Virtual Conference platform. If you do not upload a photo, your initials will appear in the photo circle next to your name.
Access the Speaker Portal
Log In to the Speaker Portal on the Cadmium website using your username (email address) and password.
On the Speaker Portal login page, click the link for "Lost Access Key?" to retrieve access into the portal.
PowerPoint Presentations and Handouts
The Speaker Portal allows panelists to upload presentations and handouts so that they are accessible to attendees in the Virtual Conference platform. If you do not upload your presentation or handout into the Speaker Portal, it will not affect what is shown during the pre-recorded content of the session; uploading simply provides access to attendees to download these files.
QR codes allow panelist to share their participation on social media. A QR code can be found in your Speaker Portal for the session(s) that you are participating in. The code will bring users to a webpage displaying the information/summary of the session. QR codes will not be available until mid-October.
All sessions will remain available for viewing on-demand after the Conference for a period of one year. As such, presentations and handouts will be viewable through November 2021. In the Speaker Portal the League has included information pertaining to this. Please review this in the Speaker Portal.
