Public Employment Fairs Hosted by the NJ Civil Service Commission
The New Jersey Civil Service Commission will be hosting a series of public employment job fairs throughout the State in 2019 and 2020, offering an opportunity to to meet with state recruiters and discuss employment opportunities with public government entities and attend career workshops. ICMA Career Resources
The ICMA's Career Resource Center contains information for Local Government Careers at all career stages. The site provides information on the different types of career paths, educational needs, job listings and articles. NLC University offers webinars, articles and tools to help the skill building of municipal leaders.
On its website, the NJDCA lists the professional certification programs for local government positions, including details on the certification processes, and related application forms.
